We use a flat rate pricing system. This is the same pricing system used every time you take your car in for work so you’re already used to it. This is a comprehensive system that tells the technician and customer how long it should take to complete a task under standard conditions. So if the technician takes 1 hour to complete the work under standard conditions but flat rate says 30 min, then you only pay for 30 min!!
We offer military, law enforcement, and seasonal discounts.
We highly recommend spring and fall maintenance to keep you cool all summer long. Need a new thermostat, we do that too.
We work on absorption style refrigerators. We will install residential refrigerators but we do not repair them.
Used much less often in Tennessee but when you need it, you need it working. Let’s make that happen.
Electric and/or gas tankless or tanked water heaters. Let’s keep those showers hot and the dishes clean.
Having electrical issues? Maybe batteries draining for "no reason”? We’ll track down those electrical issues, keeping you safe and your RV working correctly.
Have a water leak? Need a fixture replaced? We cover all your water worries. When it comes to black water issues (black tanks, valves, toilets, piping etc.) an up-charge is added due to bio-hazard conditions.
