We use a flat rate pricing system. This is the same pricing system used every time you take your car in for work so you’re already used to it. This is a comprehensive system which tells the technician and customer how long it should take to complete a task under standard conditions. So if the technician takes 1 hour to complete the work under standard conditions but flat rate says 30 min, then you only pay for 30 min!!
